What are the benefits of using your services instead of using an online booking engine?
Travel research can be time consuming. I give back that time by doing the work for you, researching and crafting each step of your itinerary to ensure it meets your standards and expectations.
I maintain relationships with pre-vetted luxury partners who pass on exclusive opportunities, amenities, pricing and added benefits to my clients—perks that you can not find on the internet. I service your trip from the time you book until you return home, and if you encounter any hiccups along the way, my partners and I can step in and problem-solve on your behalf. Online booking engines simply are not set up to provide the type of customized and personalized services that I offer.
FAQ
Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, just like a fee charged by a financial advisor or other consultant, I ask for a Planning Fee for my travel advising services. This fee differs from trip to trip based on a number of factors and starts at $199; I’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call.
Do you have a minimum trip investment?
Pricing varies depending on the destination and time of year you are traveling. In general, my clients are willing to invest a minimum of $500 per person per day towards their trip, excluding the cost of airfare. I work exclusively with 4 and 5-star properties and highly vetted services providers and have found this to be a reliable guidepost for a minimum investment level. During our complimentary consultation call, I can provide a more nuanced estimate based on the destination, accommodations, and touring style that you desire.
What is Virtuoso?
Virtuoso is a consortia of leading luxury travel companies; I am affiliated with Virtuoso through my host agency Gifted Travel Network. Voilà’s affiliation with Virtuoso often allows me to pass on VIP perks and amenities to my clients, such as early check in/late check out, room upgrades upon arrival, spa or on board ship credit, and more (all subject to availability).
